Delivery times vary based on your location. Nairobi orders are delivered the same day, while other areas take 1-5 business days.
Do you deliver outside Kenya?
Currently, we only deliver within Kenya. However, we're working on expanding to other East African countries.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, you can request a change of delivery address within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact our customer service team immediately.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, our courier will attempt a second delivery. You can also arrange to pick up your order from our showroom.
